- We do not offer counterfeit goods. Branded items are checked for authenticity before publication.
- Many items are one-off pieces. Adding an item to the basket does not guarantee availability.
- Availability is confirmed only when checkout is completed successfully.
Contract conclusion
By placing the order, you submit a binding order for the selected items at the displayed price and stated delivery terms.
The order is confirmed only after availability and payment have been successfully confirmed.
Prices and payment
- All prices shown in the storefront are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is processed through a secure online payment provider.
- Please complete payment within 10 minutes or the item may become available to other customers again.
- The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for the selected items. If a specific delivery arrangement requires an additional agreed service outside the standard checkout flow, SIA DAMIJA will contact you before dispatch and before any further charge is made.

Delivery
- Orders are dispatched from Latvia. Delivery within Latvia is supported; deliveries to other destinations are handled only after confirmation by SIA DAMIJA.
- Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is stated for the item or agreed individually.
- Make sure the delivery data entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Withdrawal and returns
If you are a consumer, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. To start a withdrawal or return, contact info@damija-sia.com and send a clear statement identifying the order.
Unless SIA DAMIJA has agreed otherwise or the law provides otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning goods after withdrawal.
After a valid withdrawal, SIA DAMIJA refunds the payments received for the returned goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, but may withhold the refund until the goods or proof of return have been received.

If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with SIA DAMIJA, consumers in Latvia may contact PTAC. Cross-border EU consumer disputes may also be brought to the European Consumer Centre Latvia (ECC Latvia).
